This was a great series! Thoroughly enjoyed all the humorous banter.
With the amount of snakes in there it would be unnerving to hike through those this areas. Dang! More snakes. With temperatures like that in Florida I'm not sure I'd be too worried about rain gear. It would be like a nice refreshing shower. I wonder what that killer tree was about. It is nice having the trail to yourselves. I'm not a fan of crowds in the woods. You guys are doing great on your mileage. Well done on your completion. Take care.

Looks like it was a fun adventure. I hate when I hear close range gunshots while on trail as well. I always remind myself though that it's the gunshot you don't hear that will hurt ya the most!
