Join me in Vancouver, British Columbia for my first backpacking adventure of the 2021 season. In this video, me, Alex Jiggs, and her dog Luna hike to an epic camp spot with an incredible view of Howe Sound. awesome vid. Amazing to see how beautiful our country is, even from a few provinces over (ON gal here). Would you be able to do a video regarding fitness specifically for hiking. Do you do specific work outs that are tailored to make long distance or elevated hiking more sustainable and for your endurance? or is it strictly hiking you do? Did you find it took a while for your endurance to build? I'm having a hard time building endurance for steep hiking. Any advice or suggestions would be great in a vid 🙂
