so lovely horse
Your horse is so lovely feel so comfortable about you thank you ❤️
Excellent thank you so much ❤️
Yeeeesss! I totally agree with the first ‘do!’ I do find it quite annoying when people who have never ridden go in the intermediate class and we have to stop!
( by the way, this is not a rant)
Excellent
I went to Warriors Path Riding Stable this Monday and decided to watch this before I went…first time on rough turns, etc. so I felt the need.
Follow my trail ride! https://youtu.be/kdRlrKghCK8
Always keep safety in mind she says without a helmet..
About the toilet paper … I find as a woman if I’m planning a 4-6 hr ride … I wear a pad … I pee behind a tree of course … but instead of wiping and tossing … it absorbs any drips … of course not speaking to #2 ppl
@Think Like A Horse Rick get in here 😂😂
Not everyone wants to wear helmets …..Get over it!
I hate how most of these comments are rude towards this woman! she knows we'll leave her be
Hey I've seen you at Battle Ground lake trail.
Helmets important!
Equestrian Life Is your horse a Tennessee Walker?? I keep noticing the ambling gait he/she seems to have!
Heels down damn it
A good "don't" is don't casey a collapsable wheel barrel and manure fork, you don't need to waste your time doing that "crap" at the trails.. the main purpose is get everything ready the night before, that way you can show up to the trails prepared. Also clean your trailer at home, that's just nonsense to be doing chores when your supposed to be having fun, and when riding on the trails ,it's not going to hurt the land if your horses poop(it's great fertilizer) and when you go to the trails, I guarantee you're not going to see people cleaning out there horse trailer or whatever at the trails. Maybe I misunderstood something but it sounded pretty clear to me.
Would be much more credible if she was wearing a helmet. If you're going to preach safety…..just sayin….
Yeah I'm sorry my daddy brought me up weastern riding and I never wore a helmet nor do I ever want to unless I'm in some sport that requres it. I never wore a helmet on a bike, or a 4 wheeler, on rollarskates and i'm not wearing one on my horse. I know the risk and if I fall of and hit my head , Hey I know its on my body. To people who where helmets thats your preference but dont bark at people not wearing a helmet riding a horse, we know it can kill us we know the risk, now respect OUR decision.
Does she have a crupper on him/her? is there a purpose for this?
WEAR A HELMET!! I kno they're a pain in the pill, but anything can happen (even on the most quiet horse). I found this out the hard way. For those of you that absolutely won't wear one, fine. But think about the potential burden you'll be to loved ones when you're a drooling vegetable. Just sayin'. This Judy (whoever) will teach me nothing. She's a pathetic example.
I do very difficult terrain trail riding, on a very nice well trained mustang mare, i trained her, and i ride with my family. I dont ride with a helmet.
Some people are crazy when it comes to helmets "SHE FORGOT ABOUT HELMETS!!!"
Leave no trace, but you're going to bury TP? How about packing a plastic bag for your TP and carrying it out with you??? Gotta agree with everyone else about the helmet. I ride motorcycles. Wouldn't dream of riding something with this kind of risk without one, if we're going to talk safety 'n' all.
Hahah, so true; safety riding sans helmet. With that, I didn't bother with the rest of the video.
"always keep safety in mind" – Said while not wearing a helmet.
A collapsible wheelbarrow? A collapsible fork?? I'm pretty sure that the manure isn't toxic or an environmental hazard, leaving the odd horsey poo in the woods isn't going to destroy the forests.
Do not do something if you don't know what your doing
i dont have a horse trailer my 18 hand and 18.2 drafts dont fit on trailers only huge wagons which i cant afford i certainly couldn't carry a shovel while i ride lol great vid with great tips though beautiful horse too if my horse does however poop in a public area i do go back and clean up my mess !
Always wear your helmet you only have 1 brain. Anyone that makes horse educational videos please remember that there are a lot of beginners that will look up to you , so please wear a helmet and all you newbies get some lessons. A horse is a big flight animal and yes even the most docile well trained horse can have his moment and if you are not educated on how to handle it , it may be your first and last ride. So be safe and get educated and educators wear your helmet!
What if I have never been on a horse? I want to do a public trail ride where the horses are trained and are very familiar with the trail. Should I have more experience?
Great video! I really need this kind of info because I might get a horse.
Beautiful horse 🙂 what breed is it? I'm searching for my own horse and can't decide.
Beautiful horse! What breed is it? I'm searching for my own horse as I've been riding for 2 years now. Please do reply!

EVREY ONE WHO IS BEING MEAN TO PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR PERSONAL OPINIONS,SHUT UP AND GET A LIFE! AND STOP BULLYING PEOPLE BECAUSE YOU DONT AGREE WITH THEM!!
I would be dead right know if I didnt have a helmet my horse tripped over a log and I went headfirst into a tree with my helmet on without it I wouldnt be living right know giving thi advice to you when I took the helmet off I saw that it was a long crack in the helmet.
Great Video..Thank you!!
In the UK, if you're under 14 (I think it is? Read up on it a few years back) you have to wear a hat whilst riding out on roads, bridleways etc. It's a choice above that age, but I don't actually know a single adult who even happily schools without a hat on. I don't see why americans find it such a hardship to wear them. I wouldn't get on without one, personally.
here's an idea, stop jacking up all the trails with your horses hoof prints
@leaha davis, if this vid didn't help you then why'd you decide to watch it!? It's pointless to watch the WHOLE video n then at the end decide to say, " Hmmm I just watched the whole video, but yet am not satisfied!" That's pointless!
Hi my name is Cassie and I just made a video and I would be so grateful if you would check it out. It's called:
Jumping my pony. Please watch
I know the title is a little weird but it doesn't lie. I ride western to and if you do watch it please read the description first. Thanks so much bye!😊
