I love Cloudland Canyon! I've been there many times. The Canyon loop trail is as awesome as the falls trail. The back country trail is just long and seems to be more for bikes. Thanks for bringing back memories!

Great little movie about your adventure. It's amazing how all of you carry everything on your bag.. we can't do that due to injuries so we use stroller and our doggies pull it for us with all camping stuff inside. We don't like watching Christmas movies lol.. can't pick favourite.

Cloudland Canyons is just over the road from me. We’ve hiked the West Rim Trail a few times and been down to the falls as well. That climb back out is brutal. What does the sign say…672 stair steps?? We hiked the West Rim going clockwise once and met a lady trail running it…THREE times. So she ran around 18 miles. After we finished that trail, we went down to the falls and were simply dying on the way back out…and then we were passed by the same lady climbing back out of the falls trail…running up those stairs…WITH A BABY in one of those backpack baby carriers!!! 😳😳😳 Craziness.

That is a nice state park. We have camped in the campground several times while visiting the area. We have also stayed in their yurts as well. We visited the cave but it was so much water. Great time with your boys. Those steps were no joke. 😆 My favorite X mas movie was National Lampoons Christmas Vacation. I never consider Home Alone A X mas movie but it was on the X mas movies list.
