HIKING GEAR FOR BEGINNERS 2021

An in depth look into what I pack for day hikes, and overnight or multi-day hikes. Most hikes I pack for are done in the Victorian High Country/Victorian Alps.

I show you what sleeping gear and tent I take, cooking utensils and gear as well as clothing, safety equipment and much more.

Majority of this hiking gear has been purchased recently in 2020 in Australia and is easily accessible in hiking and outdoor stores. Hiking gear can be expensive but I waited for sales and have accumulated most of this gear over the last few months as I worked out what I needed. I am still a beginner I’m still learning so please leave any recommendations in the comments below, I would love to hear from you.

Filmed December, 2020.
