Meads Quarry Trail Guide – Knoxville's Urban Wilderness

Meads Quarry acts as a hub for Knoxville’s Urban Wilderness. Located close to downtown it is the perfect starting point for the south loop, a quick hike, or a swim in the quarry. The trails in the park are mostly intermediate single-track XC trails with one technical rocky black diamond trail, Turnbuckle. Ross Marble and Burnette Ridge are two of the longest most fun single-track downhill sections in the entire Urban Wilderness trail system and are great for most skill levels! All in all, this is one of my favorite places to get in a quick ride.
