dangg !!! when lost the lure when the rod hit the rock you could see the approximate location . I think i would have cut the filming and went in the water to look for it . On the other hand , quick story. I never used the deadly dick lure all my life and i am 58 now. I finally got one and on the first cast the line snapped and it went sailing into the bay . Now i just feel i can use it as a spiritual marker to connect to the bay and the powerful tide their to help wash away my sins and low feelings i may have in the course of the day yayyyy !!! So , my loss was a gain too . Maybe you want to do the same thing to bring your soul back to the mountains even when you are back home . Its all about perspective bro. Yes, i am a writer , oh yes , I am : * )
I like the rainbow trout best with the brown second .Brook trout are good too but my #3 choice of trout.I filet mine roll in house autry mix and deep fry.simply the best

What lbs test were you using with your 500 kast king reel ? It was really nice see you catch that trout in the video on that reel. I got a 500 pisfun reel and was worried if it would hold up to trout or not.
