Turkey Run Park Trail Guide: Seaton Valley Trail
The Seaton Valley Trail is a mile-long hiking/mountain biking trail located in Turkey Run Park in Louisville, Kentucky.
Like many of the trails in the Parklands of Floyds Fork, the Seaton Valley Trail is end-to-end, but it can easily be turned into a loop by incorporating the Louisville Loop. The trail is notable for many towering sycamore trees along Floyds Fork, which the trail parallels for most of its course. You’ll also notice hundreds of freshly planted trees along the trail, representing a variety of native species.
Once you reach the Louisville Loop, turn left and head back to the trailhead. The total distance on this trail is 1.85 miles.
The trail conditions are very easy, with no elevation gain. The trail is all dirt, until you reach the paved Louisville Loop. Bathroom facilities and water fountains are located at the trailhead for your convenience.
We hope you enjoy the guide, and even more, we hope you enjoy the trail. Leave your impressions in the comments section below!
